But still there are some activities that you need to take extra precautions. Like going to the grocery store and visiting the dentist, going for a haircut. We still have to maintain our distance from each other and take extra measure to ensure everyone’s safety. In addition to that there’s lot more going on in our heads in regards to the situation. When will this end? Isolation, A feeling of disruption, getting on each other’s nerves, all this has been going on for a while. Still you may not go through all these. But it’s completely normal to have couple of these things. So that’s why we have to get used to the new normal situation. Like it or not, this is what we have to live with for a while. But the question is, can we use it to our advantage?
Life doesn’t close one door without opening another, with that in mind we need to identify the number of opportunities that has given to us by this “New Normal”. Just start from the basics, you started a new day, you are not covid-19 patient. Even that’s enough to be optimistic about the future. We don’t have to waste it; we should not take it for granted. It’s simple as that.
You can take this as an opportunity grow, train and become even stronger to situations like this. If you feel like that you are restricted from the outside world, you can make this opportunity to become familiar with restrictions. You can use this for your advantage by facing it successfully. And if you are feeling isolated during these times, use this to connect with yourself. It’s not all about the outside world. First you need make peace with yourself in order get through these prevailing times. And if other are getting on your nerves, try to be calm and try to see the good things about that person. And you should realize that they are going through the same situation as you are.
So, in conclusion you can understand that we should get used to the things that’s going around and make the best out of it. We need to adapt, improvise and master to these situations. Mostly because our lives will not be the same until we stop this pandemic. Even though we are still in the first wave a as a world, many countries facing a second wave of infections. This will continue on until we get a clinically approved vaccine. Then only we can return to our normal regular lives. Until such time, we have to go in to lockdowns from time to time. That’s something inevitable.
