Wine is no more than just fermented fruit juice. Yeast converts the grapes to C25OH, CO2, and heat. The earliest evidence comes about wine production from archaeological sites in Iran and Russian Georgia 6000 years before Jesus born.   Wine use as one of the best drinks to use human consumption, also it uses in religious and essential cultural and subcultures areas. After that, every culture and societal group on earth each somehow learned to make simple alcoholic beverages.

It is not just an accident. Humans early on learnt the psychological effects that alcohol provides. Wine is generally considered as a sexual anaphrodisiac among many cultures. At these days many wine regions are proud of their history of wines.

The wine itself, in the end, can be sourced from any fruit juice although most commonly known as the fermented liquid of crushed grapes. Wine can be made by derived from grapes, plums, and peaches also most fruit juices. These variations result from the complex interactions between the biochemical development of the fruits.

Different varieties have different types of colours. The colour of the wine shows the length of the time fermentation process, quality and value. Wine comes in three colours like reds, whites and mid-range blue. Red wine is made from dark-coloured grape varieties. The actual wine colours are violet typical of young wines, red for mature wines brown for older red wines. The grapes from which white wine is produced are typically green or yellow like Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Riesling. White is blended from multiple types of fruits Tokay, Sherry, and Sauternes are examples of these.

Should wine be sweet or not sweet that is dry? Most wines are naturally dry. Sweetness occurs when the fermentation is interrupted before all the sugar can be converted to alcohol during the fermentation process. The producer of the wine can add sweetener also liquid sugar to the wine during its manufacturing process. pure wine is different from these adders

Wine doesn’t need to add extra alcohol, but some producers add to them. That they are in their natural or virgin state; these wines are referred to as not being fortified. That is, they contain only the alcohol that was provided for in the fermentation process itself. Some wines are two wine family products that have their alcohol content enhanced and increased.

Wines can bubble themselves or have no foam. In the first category is Sparkling which has effervescence. These wines are bottled in thick massive set bottles with wire bound corks to keep the pressure in, some wines are bottled without Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and therefore have no bubbliness or effervesce. Still, wines can be found bottled in ordinary bottles with ordinary corks.

It is safe to remember that wine has more several types of fruit juices, of different colours that are presented to you in various kinds of glasses, from different types of storage and transport containers which are given to you to quench your thirst.
